Who creates the invitation — the couple or the hosts?
Typically the newlyweds (or a witness) since they have the full guest list. The 7 hosts add their details (location, time, main dish) via a shared edit link.
What if a night doesn’t have a plan yet?
You can create the invitation with 5 fixed nights + 2 placeholders ("Host TBD"). As hosts step forward, you fill them in. Guests who reopen the link see updates automatically.
Can different people be invited each night?
Of course. A Sheva Brachot may have 80 people the first night (close family) and 15 the last (intimate friends). RSVPs differentiate each night — no confusion about "who is invited to what".
How do we know who brought what (dessert, wine)?
Optional 'contribution' field on the RSVP — each guest can commit to a dish or a bottle. You see the summary per evening. No risk of 5 desserts at the same dinner.
